Runs the search once the brief is agreed: sourcing, screening and shortlisting through our specialised teams and our own platform, then sets up interviews with you.
HR Operations Lead
Handles the employment side once you hire: compliant contracts, payroll, BPJS and onboarding, plus the monthly check-ins with you and your employee under Total Care 360.
