Assumptions and notes
- Government statutory contributions (BPJS health, pension and employment insurance) are approximated at a flat 10% of gross salary. Actual employer contributions depend on the salary, statutory caps and risk class, and are confirmed on the invoice.
- MixWork EOR fee is USD 249 per employee per month. From your second employee onwards the EOR fee is discounted by 20% to USD 199.2.
- MixWork Flex Benefits are mandatory for every hire and start at USD 29 per employee per month. You choose how much to budget above that minimum; the calculator uses the amount you enter.
- A dedicated office workspace (MixWork Spaces) is optional at USD 199 per employee per month. When an office is selected, a transport and meal allowance of IDR 500,000 per employee per month is mandatory and is converted to USD at the indicative rate.
- MixWork Managed IT (laptop provisioning, security software, device management and secure offboarding) is optional and shown at its starting price of USD 99 per employee per month. The final price depends on the devices chosen.
- A 3% foreign exchange and transfer charge is applied separately on the invoice. It covers the volatility of the Indonesian rupiah between the estimate and payroll date, so the figures here exclude it. Security deposits and recruitment fees are also excluded.
- The mandatory annual religious holiday allowance (THR) is not included in this monthly estimate.
- You receive one consolidated monthly invoice in USD covering salary, statutory contributions, MixWork fees and benefits. Every line is itemised.
- All amounts are estimates in USD until the date of the actual invoice.
