MixWork Total Care 360
What happens every month, whether you ask or not
Total Care 360 is included with every MixWork employer of record engagement at no additional cost — not a module you pay extra for. Five things run continuously for every team we employ.
01
A dedicated HR manager
A named person in Indonesia who owns your team’s employment experience — not a shared inbox, and the same person month after month.
02
Engagement and dispute resolution
Structured contact with your team in their own language, so morale and friction surface as conversations rather than resignations.
03
Performance and attendance
Structured feedback cycles and attendance visibility, reported to you rather than assembled by you — an early warning system, not a spreadsheet.
04
Monthly check-in calls
Two calls, not one: a client review with you, and a separate one-to-one between your HR manager and each team member.
05
IT hardware and software support
Day-to-day IT and software support for your team is part of the service. Physical device leasing is available separately through our IT Managed Device Program.
MixWork Total Care 360: Your Offshore Team, Actively Managed
By the MixWork Team · Updated August 2026
An employer of record contract makes someone legally employed. It does not make them supported, engaged, or productive.
That gap is where most offshore teams quietly underperform. The contracts are signed, payroll runs on time, the compliance box is ticked — and then someone in another country is left to notice that a good hire has become disengaged, that attendance has slipped, that a manager and a team member have stopped talking to each other, or that a laptop died three days ago and nobody escalated it.
Total Care 360 is the operational layer that closes that gap. It is included with MixWork’s employer of record service in Indonesia, and it is delivered by our own people, from our own offices in Jakarta and Singapore.
What Total Care 360 includes
1. A dedicated HR manager
A named human being who owns your team’s employment experience — not a shared inbox and not a ticket queue. They know who your people are, what they do, how your business escalates things, and what Indonesian employment practice expects. Because it is the same person month after month, they notice patterns early enough to act on them.
2. Employee engagement and dispute resolution
Regular structured contact with your team members in their own language, so morale and friction surface as conversations rather than resignations. When something does go wrong — a disagreement with a manager, a grievance, a performance concern heading toward termination — it is handled on the ground by someone who has run the process before. Indonesian employment law is not at-will, and terminations follow a defined statutory sequence, so local familiarity is not a nice-to-have.
3. Performance feedback and attendance monitoring
Structured performance feedback cycles and attendance visibility, reported to you rather than assembled by you. You get an early warning system for the two things that most reliably predict a failing offshore hire, without having to build a management process in a country you do not operate in.
4. Monthly employee and client check-in calls
Two scheduled monthly conversations, not one. Your MixWork contact meets you to cover team status, anything needing your decision and anything we are recommending you change — and separately, your HR manager holds a monthly one-to-one call with each of your team members. That second call is where problems surface early, because people tell an HR manager things they will not put in a message to a client. It replaces the pattern where an offshore arrangement runs untouched for six months and then produces a surprise.
5. IT hardware and software support
Devices, security and day-to-day IT support handled as part of the same engagement, through our MixWork Managed IT — business laptops that arrive configured and encrypted, with patching, helpdesk, repairs, accidental damage cover and a loaner if a machine goes down. From USD$99 per device / month, with no deposit and no upfront hardware cost.
Why first-party delivery is the real difference
It would be inaccurate to say that global employment platforms cannot offer these things. Several of them can, and do. The difference is in how they are delivered and what it costs to assemble them.
On a platform, the equivalent capabilities are typically separate priced modules fulfilled by third parties: workspace through an external coworking network, equipment through in-country logistics partners, engagement and performance through software you administer yourself, and support through a remote queue that increasingly answers first with automation. You are the integrator. Each component works, and none of them is accountable for the outcome.
Total Care 360 inverts that. One provider, physically present in Indonesia, employing your team, managing your team, supporting your devices, and answerable for all of it in a single monthly conversation. When a laptop fails and a performance review is due and someone has stopped showing up, that is one phone call to one person who can act on all three.
We are also generally more cost-effective across the board than assembling the same coverage from a platform base fee plus add-ons — see pricing for current figures.
Who this is built for
Singapore and Australian companies scaling an Indonesian team without opening a local entity or hiring an in-country HR function.
Teams between roughly one and fifty people in Indonesia, where a PT PMA is premature but informal management has stopped working.
Companies that have tried a platform EOR and found that legal employment was solved while day-to-day management was not.
Roles where retention actually matters — engineering, design, finance, operations — and replacing someone costs far more than managing them properly.
How it fits with the rest of MixWork
Total Care 360 is included as standard with every engagement, whether you come to us for employer of record services in Indonesia, broader outsourcing to Indonesia, or talent sourcing. Frequently asked questions
What is MixWork Total Care 360?
Total Care 360 is the managed-service layer that sits on top of MixWork’s employer of record service in Indonesia. It gives you a dedicated HR manager, employee engagement and dispute resolution, performance feedback and attendance monitoring, monthly employee and client check-in calls, and IT hardware and software support — delivered by our own team from our own offices, and included rather than priced as separate add-ons.
How is this different from what a global EOR platform provides?
Most global platforms can supply comparable capabilities, but they are typically sold as separately priced modules and fulfilled through third parties — coworking through an external network, equipment through in-country logistics partners, support through a remote ticketing queue. Total Care 360 is delivered first-party by MixWork staff who are physically in Indonesia, bundled into one engagement and one invoice.
Do I get a named person, or a support queue?
A named dedicated HR manager who knows your team, your context and your escalation preferences. They are the same person month to month, which is what makes early intervention on attendance, performance or morale issues possible at all — a ticket queue only ever sees the incident after it has escalated.
Does Total Care 360 cost extra on top of EOR fees?
It is part of how we deliver employment rather than a separate line item you switch on later. Our pricing is flat and per-employee, and it is generally more cost-effective than assembling the equivalent from a platform’s base fee plus workspace, equipment and engagement add-ons. See our pricing page for current figures.
Can I use Total Care 360 if my team is fully remote?
Yes. The HR management, engagement, dispute resolution, performance and attendance components all work for fully remote teams, and MixWork Managed IT delivers to home addresses. Our Jakarta office is available to people who want or need a desk, but it is not a requirement.
Who handles a dispute or a termination?
Your dedicated HR manager handles it on the ground, in Indonesian, with our local employment specialists involved from the start. Indonesian law is not at-will and terminations follow a defined process, so having someone in-country who has run the process before is materially different from receiving guidance by email in another time zone.
