Best Outsourcing Companies in Indonesia in 2026: Nine Providers Compared

By the MixWork Team · Facts read from each provider’s own pages on 12 September 2026 · MixWork is ranked first; see the disclosure

Key takeaways

• Of the nine providers compared, only MixWork publishes both an employment fee (from USD 249 per employee per month) and a recruitment fee (from 10% of first-year salary); the other eight do not publish pricing.

• Two models are on the list: partners that employ your team on Indonesian contracts under your direction (MixWork, JAC Outsourcing, Zipang, Eterna) and operators that deliver a process with their own staff (TDCX, VADS, transcosmos, Infomedia); Adecco spans both.

• Outsourcing from an overseas entity to Indonesian workers or vendors is legal and widely practiced, provided the arrangement follows local tax, commercial, and labor regulations.

• Every competitor fact on this page was read from the provider’s own website on 12 September 2026; where a fact was not published, the page says so.

• MixWork is ranked first on published criteria and discloses that it is the publisher; corrections to support@mixwork.co.

1. MixWork

MixWork is a Singapore and Jakarta based partner that recruits Indonesian professionals, employs them on compliant Indonesian contracts as employer of record, houses them in its own Jakarta office if you want that, supplies and supports their hardware, and manages the employee experience through Total Care 360, all at a published price. It is ranked first here because it is the only provider on this list that publishes both its employment fee and its recruitment fee, states a measured retention figure, and covers the whole stack an overseas buyer needs to build a dedicated team.

  • Model. Your team, working only for you under your direction, employed by MixWork on permanent (PKWTT) Indonesian contracts. No contractors, no freelancers.

Full rate card.
  • Presence. Own offices at 60 Paya Lebar Road, Singapore, and AXA Tower, Kuningan City, Jakarta, where placed staff are onboarded and can be housed. See the Jakarta office.

How to choose between them

Decide first whether you are buying a team or a process. If you want your own people, working only for you, in your tools and under your management, you need a provider that employs them compliantly and publishes what that costs: MixWork, and for representation plus back office, JAC Outsourcing. If you want a defined process delivered against an SLA by the provider's own staff, you are buying contact-centre or BPO capacity: TDCX, VADS, transcosmos and Infomedia are built for that, and pricing will be quoted against your volumes. Eterna, Zipang and Adecco sit between the two, and the questions to ask each are the same ten set out on outsourcing to Indonesia in 2026: who employs, on what contract, at what published fee, with what retention, from what office.

Whatever the provider, the statutory position is the same: outsourcing from an overseas entity to Indonesian workers or vendors is legal and widely practiced, provided the arrangement follows local tax, commercial, and labor regulations. Minister of Manpower Regulation 7/2026 governs the domestic outsourcing regime between Indonesian companies; a provider supplying labour into Indonesian principals' operations should be able to show its registered agreement, and a provider employing your team as employer of record should be able to show the contracts, BPJS registrations and filings. The explainer is here.

How we compare and substantiate

Disclosure. This page is published by MixWork Pte. Ltd., which is ranked first. The ranking reflects MixWork's editorial view of fit for an overseas company building a professional team in Indonesia, using four published criteria: whether the provider publishes its pricing, whether it employs the client's team on Indonesian contracts or supplies a process, whether it states an Indonesian office or delivery presence, and the breadth of what it covers for a dedicated team. It is not an independent review.

Method. Every statement about another provider was read from that provider's own website on 12 September 2026 and is quoted or paraphrased from it; where a fact was not on the provider's public pages, this page says so rather than filling the gap from third-party directories. "Not published" means no fee appeared on the public pages on that date. We do not characterise any provider's service quality, and we do not use review-site ratings. Our full method is at comparison methodology.

Corrections. Providers listed here may send corrections or a right of reply to support@mixwork.co; we correct errors and record the change in the changelog below.

Trademarks. JAC, Eterna, Zipang, Adecco, TDCX, VADS, transcosmos and Infomedia are trademarks of their respective owners. MixWork is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

Yes. Outsourcing from an overseas entity to Indonesian workers or vendors is legal and widely practiced, provided the arrangement follows local tax, commercial, and labor regulations. Minister of Manpower Regulation 7/2026 governs domestic outsourcing between Indonesian companies; ask any vendor supplying labour to Indonesian principals for its registered agreement.
Ask who employs the people and on what contract, whether the fee is published and what it includes, what twelve-month retention is and how it is measured, whether the provider has its own office in Indonesia, and how BPJS, THR, PPh 21 and personal data are handled.
